The meeting was called to order by PP Anita Dwyer who welcomed guest and visitors. Anita delivered the evocation and the toast.
For friends, family and the fellowship of Rotary we give thanks and a toast was proposed to our future leaders.
Mayor Teresa Harding did the acknowledgement of country and gave her welcome.
PP Paul Saba gave an outline of how the event has evolved over the past 30years. Paul was the President of Ipswich North the year Youth Speak began.
Youth Services Director, Sandra Harvey introduces Ms Sylvia Jones to explain the competition and rules for the evening.
Sandra then introduced the speakers individually to present their speeches.

PP Paul Saba spoke about Toastmaster Bette Howard and call Bette forward to receive flowers as recognition for years of service to Rotary Youth Speak.
Bette gave her usual few well measure words to the students and the club. Bette noted how proud she was to have received a Paul Harris Fellowship for her service to Rotary some years ago.
Sylvia Jones provided individual feedback to the all the speakers and announced the winners.
President John presented their certificates and prize money.

President John gave the Vote of Thanks and presented Sylvia with flowers as thanks for her adjudication. He also presented Sandra Harvey with a small gift of thanks for her hard work bringing this event together in 2021.
The lucky door prize was drawn, and the speakers were asked to remain for photos. The meeting was closed with the National Anthem
